The Village of Port Chester is producing a new video centered around the appropriate disposal of fats, oils, and greases. We are looking for community partners who own or manage restaurants to reach out to us if they have an interest in being featured in this video. The video production would include shots of Commercial kitchens within the village and record various cooking methods and clean up practices.
