About our standard service – For Standard Rate Productions You will be assigned a customer care representative & highly qualified film producer to manager and complete your project within a 5 week time window. Your producer might be handling up to three simultaneous projects at any time, and there are certain resource restrictions for what we can provide you: 48 hr turnaround for email communication, call schedulings, planned actors, locations, and the advanced cinema camera kit. If you sign up at the standard level you will still have StartMotionMEDIA’s superior quality video guarantee, but your budget at this level doesn’t include as many hired actors, or expensive rented locations, but with our cinematographer and the whole team to design your project on our advanced cinema production equipment. In order to provide certain clients with truly exceptional additional time and service that allows them to hire our whole studio to give you spectacular cinema-quality results, we have built a Premium level for service.
